1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the accommodation provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest"). These Terms form an integral part of the accommodation agreement concluded between the Provider and the Guest.

2. Reservation and Conclusion of Contract

Reservations may be made via the booking system, by email, or by telephone. The accommodation agreement is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to require a deposit of up to 100% of the total price of the stay.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email).
If the reservation is cancelled five (5) days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the accommodation price shall apply.
If the reservation is cancelled more than five (5) days prior to arrival, any deposit paid shall be refunded in full.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total price of the stay shall be charged.

4. Price and Payment Terms

The price of accommodation is determined according to the valid price list and confirmed reservation. Upon confirmation, a QR code for payment will be generated and sent automatically, or payment may be made via a payment gateway. The full amount for the stay is payable.
Cancellations made more than five (5) days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us of cancellations in writing.
Any outstanding balance is payable no later than upon check-in, unless paid in advance.
Payments may be made by bank transfer, via payment gateway, or in cash, subject to prior agreement.
For reservations made more than three (3) months in advance, it is possible to arrange payment of a deposit only, with the balance due prior to arrival. For individual arrangements, please contact us in writing.

5. Rules of Stay

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 24:00 (midnight) on the day of arrival. Check-in instructions will be sent the day prior to arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Smoking, hosting noisy events, or using open flames is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
The Guest undertakes to maintain order and quiet within the premises and its surroundings.

6. Liability for Damages

The Guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the Provider's property during the stay.
The Provider shall not be liable for valuables left outside locked premises.

7. Personal Data Protection

The Guest's personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of providing accommodation services, in accordance with applicable legal regulations (in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

8. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions become valid and effective on the date of their publication.
The Provider reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms; any changes shall become effective upon publication.
